1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Homefixu platform, mobile application, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Service Description and Quotas
Homefixu provides home inspection, repair, and monitoring services on a subscription basis. Each subscription plan specifies the number of services you are entitled to receive (your "Quotas").
Quotas may include a specific number of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or pest control services, as well as unlimited services for AI interior design and SOS alerts. Any services requested beyond your plan's quotas will be subject to additional fees as detailed in our pricing schedule.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our certified technicians at the scheduled times.
4. Payments and Cancellation
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as outlined in your plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, there are no refunds for partially used periods. Services not used within the billing period do not roll over.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Homefixu or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Homefixu platform, even if Homefixu has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
